I've heard about the herb St. John's Wort which is a natural anti-depressant and also the calming herb passiflora which relieves frayed nerves during bouts of panic attacks and anxiety. I've also read about the herbal remedy MindSoothe. Guess it would be better to get it in its bottled form than you having to go through all the herbal preparations. --Gary
